J.J. PFISTER DISTILLERY
From humble beginnings to a brand new distillery, the J.J. Pfister story spans more than 170 years. Bottled locally in the Sacramento region, they introduced their initial product the J.J. Pfister Organic Potato Vodka in 2017. They launched their Capito Gin and Honey Spirit Drakas in 2018.

Chef Oliver Ridgeway debuted Camden Spit & Larder, a modern London-inspired eatery, in Downtown Sacramento in 2018. OLD SOUL COFFEE ROASTERS
From humble beginnings in 2006, Old Soul Coffee Roasters is now an icon in the Sacramento coffee scene. From their original location in completely renovated a storage warehouse in Midtown Sacramento, they’ve grown to four retail locations, and a select number of high-end wholesale account partners. Their focus is on bakers, roasters, and artisans.
